Real Mad Hectic just released this Risky Bizness tee and a few others. Of course the hot shades caught my eye straight away. The print begins at the front and continues to the back. This is one shirt (not two) just flip it around. Honestly, the rest of their shirts bore me. They aren’t worth it at all. But the recent craze of the “Risky Biz” sunglasses still doesn’t change the fact the movie isn’t that great at all.
I have a slight obsession with horrible 80’s horror movies. Only the cheesy b-movies of course. I don’t watch any new horror movies that come out now. The Ring? Come on now. Nike SB Horror Pack is extremely fun and exciting for me. The latest is the Nike SB Freddy Krueger Dunk Low which I want. A lot of people tell me they would never wear a shoe like that. You don’t have to wear it, just appreciate it. And I would rock that shit, I love it.
The American Gangster is a black man? How modern. ‘American Gangster’ a tale of Frank Lucas’s life, a drug lord who smuggled heroin into Harlem in coffins of soldiers returning from Vietnam in the 70s’ is coming out November 2, 2007. It’s no surprise that a film such as this would have a high profile black man such as Denzel Washington playing Lucas. Supposedly Washington even bought Lucas a Rolls-Royce after filming this movie. A bunch of big names from the hip-hop world are in this movie as well, once again no big surprise. It’s not uncommon for rappers to be apart of films like this. Common, T.I., and RZA are a part of the project and let’s not forget Russell Crowe playing Ritchie Roberts.
Ghostface Killahhh will be playing a Sheikh in “Iron Man” due out next summer in 2008. His role will entitle him to live in Dubai and play a role alongside Tony Stark. Robert Downey Jr. will be playing Iron Man. I think it’s pretty cool. Ghostface is a pretty cool guy, I’d love to see him venture into all kinds of entertainment. Let the man conquer the world! From Human Giant to Iron Man, keep on doing what you’re doing. (Missed out on him at Rock the Bells, very disappointed)
So what’s ultimately holding you guys back? Lauryn is straight up the problem, bro. She wants to be a producer. Don’t come telling us how to chop up beats so you can get credit for it.
What makes you think she would take the credit? We did a remix [with] Lauryn for John Legend, for the record “How High.” John Legend was saying our names. You know what she had [him] do? She was like, “Take off Wyclef and Jerry’s names.” Because she wanted people to think that she was the one doing the beat…I’m a producer and I’m a beatmaker with my cousin Jerry Wonder, and I’m a writer. She’s a writer, a vocalist, [and] a great [vocal] composer. And she’s great at picking out samples. She got 20 billion samples but can’t chop ‘em up to save her life.
So she hasn’t made any of the beats she got credit for?
It’s real simple, if you did the beats, where are the beats? Show us one beat that you did. If you bring ‘Clef to the studio, put an MP, put an SP, put a bunch of stuff, bring a bunch of cameras [and] say, “Clef, do a beat in two minutes.” The beat’s done! Bring Lauryn Hill in the studio with the same camera, say we give you three hours. Matter fact, fuck it, we’ll give you a month to do a beat. She can’t put it together!
Cast: Anna Paquin, Brian Cox, Leslie Bibb, Dylan Baker
Synopsis: Nothing is what it seems when a suburban couple learns the dangers of blowing out a Jack-o-Lantern before midnight; four women cross paths with a costumed stalker at a local festival; a group of pranksters goes too far and discovers the horrifying truth buried in a local legend; and a cantankerous old hermit is visited by a strange trick-or-treater with a few bones to pick.
Funny? Lame? The chorus isn’t that hot but it’s a dope idea. Of course Harry would be the pimp at Hogwarts. Of course, there’s no doubt about it. You can download the song at http://www.OMOVIES.com or http://www.myspace.com/omovies
